Strange what we find when a homeowner tries to fix it themselves!

And the only way to get drain pipes under a pre-existing cement pad, Jack hammers!

Typical water leak under a house. Look closely and you can you can see water spraying.
We also replace old worn out sump pumps... like this one.
Sometimes a garden spicket (wall hydrant) goes bad. This is a picture from under the house of the back side of the hydrant.
Our work starts before the sun rises. This is Randy at a ground rough-in early in the morning.
Here's a separated main drain under a house. It was a challenging job to say the least!

Plumbing... it's a dogs life, lol! In the heat of summer, one of the coolest places to be is in a newly dug hole.
This is another typical water leak under a house (you can see water spraying.) Unfortunately all the water lines were rotten and we had to re-pipe all the water supplies with PEX, of course!
We never know what kind of critters we'll find under a house. This is a black snake. Actually, a black snake is a good thing to have around. They eat mice and other snakes. It was released unharmed!
